It all started in a small kitchen in O'Fallon, Illinois, where Dewey — a former line cook with a big dream and an even bigger love for pizza — decided it was time to share his craft with the world. In 2010, with a handful of trusted recipes and a stone-fired oven, Dewey's pizza opened its doors.

What began as a neighborhood pizza joint quickly grew into a community landmark. Word spread fast: this wasn't your average pizza. It was something made with intention — real dough, real sauce from vine-ripened tomatoes, and toppings sourced from local farmers whenever the seasons allowed.

Dewey opens the first location on Regency Park with just 8 tables, one stone-fired oven, and three employees — including himself and his wife.

2013

Community Recognition

Dewey's is voted "Best Pizza in O'Fallon" by local readers for the first of many consecutive years. The signature BBQ Chicken Pizza becomes a local legend.

2016

Kitchen Expansion

Growing demand leads to a full kitchen renovation, adding a second oven and doubling seating capacity. A dedicated catering service is launched.

2019

Online Ordering Launch

Dewey's goes digital with a full online ordering system, making it easier than ever for loyal customers to get their favorite pies delivered to their door.

Menu Reinvention
